Rachel is a registered psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience spanning public mental health, acute care, forensic services, and private practice.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate, client-centred approach to her work, having supported individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life stages, aged 16 and above.
Rachel works collaboratively with each client, drawing on evidence-based therapies that are tailored to meet immediate concerns whilst also exploring deeper factors that may be contributing to distress. Her therapeutic style is strengths-based, warm, and grounded in empathy, with a touch of humour that helps put clients at ease.
Rachel values being authentic, approachable and supportive and will walk alongside clients in their therapy journey, ensuring they feel heard, understood and empowered. She is committed to creating a safe and respectful space where meaningful change can unfold, helping people build resilience, clarity, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
Rachel is also a board approved supervisor and enjoys mentoring colleagues through to full registration.
Telehealth appointments are also available for those who prefer the convenience or accessibility of online sessions.
