Maria is a registered psychologist with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. Maria applies a compassionate, collaborative, person-centred approach to assist clients with gaining insight into their difficulties. She provides clients with skills to enhance their mental health and wellbeing. She is passionate about empowering clients to build on their strengths and develop resilience when facing life’s challenges.
Maria has worked in private clinics and school settings with diverse age groups. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults. Maria applies evidence-based interventions to support clients in their therapeutic journey of improving their mental health. She values the importance of tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs and believes that each person’s therapeutic journey is unique.
