Holly is a Clinical Psychologist with 7 years of experience working in the public health sector, including five years working in a Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), establishing a crisis response service for young adults experiencing acute distress during COVID lockdowns and most recently as a Senior Eating Disorder Clinician with the Victorian Centre for Excellence in Eating Disorders (CEED). Holly has a specialised interest in eating disorders across the lifespan, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder and ARFID. Further she has extensive experience in supporting individuals with mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, Self-harm/suicidality, emotional dysregulation and difficulties associated with managing neurodiversity.
Holly knows the importance of forming genuine, warm and caring relationships with people in order to ensure they feel safe and supported in the therapeutic space. Holly recognises that no two people are the same, and treatment should be individualised to reflect these differences to achieve optimum outcomes.
