Elouise is a Client Relations Officer at the Victorian Psychology Clinic with a strong background in psychology and allied health administration. She has extensive experience supporting clients and clinicians in private practice settings and is well versed in a range of referral pathways, including Medicare, NDIS, TAC and WorkCover.
Elouise is known for her calm, approachable manner and her ability to support clients with care and clarity from their first point of contact. She understands that seeking psychological support can feel daunting and takes pride in guiding people through the intake and booking process in a way that feels respectful, reassuring and well-informed. Working closely with the clinical team, she helps ensure appointments, referrals and ongoing communication run smoothly.
Outside of work, Elouise enjoys tending to her veggie patch, op-shopping, and spending time with her family and her little dog, Penny.
